This session brings together three esteemed voices in the wellbeing and whakaora space: Dr Hinemoa Elder, psychiatrist and author of Aroha, Wawata, Waitohu, E Moko, and Ara; Hira Nathan, also known as The Mindful Māori, author of Whakawhetai: Gratitude, Piki te Ora: Your wellbeing journal and Māori Ora: Your guide to using traditional Māori knowledge to live a more intentional life; and Tracy Manukonga, life coach and author of Hononga: A guide to a more connected, satisfying and authentic life.

This conversation will weave together the threads of their experience to empower, nurture, strengthen relationships and encourage growth and connection with yourself and others.
