We make every effort to display products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that images or descriptions are error-free or match the product exactly. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received, and a further email when it has been dispatched. 4. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and Shopify-supported payment providers. Full payment must be received before we dispatch any orders. 5. Shipping and Delivery We deliver throughout New Zealand. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Once your order has been handed over to our delivery provider, we are not responsible for any delays or damage in transit. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and demand. 6. Returns and Refunds If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which ensures you receive goods that are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described. 7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Kupu or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from this site without written permission. 8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Kupu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products. Our total liability to you in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
