Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and Shopify-supported payment providers. Full payment must be received before we dispatch any orders. 5. Shipping and Delivery We deliver throughout New Zealand. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Once your order has been handed over to our delivery provider, we are not responsible for any delays or damage in transit. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and demand. 6. Returns and Refunds If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which ensures you receive goods that are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described. 7.
